who we are

Sheila organized events and initiatives that included teenagers and young adults which would benefit this cause. Today, S.T.R.I.V.E has blossomed into a platform for groups, businesses, and individuals of all ages to make a positive impact on their respective communities. Prior to forming S.T.R.I.V.E, Sheila was no novice to community service and arts/entertainment. At age 12, Sheila was cast in an off-Broadway musical called "Me Nobody Knows." She then went on to several gymnastic competitions, dance competitions, and pageants. As Vice President of NAACP, she competed in the ACTSO competition where she was the first person from Connecticut to win this competition. She was also the first person from Connecticut to place in the Hal Jackson Talented Teens Pageant as 3rd Runner Up in 1977, Hollywood CA.

With this experience, Sheila takes pride in mentoring and supporting others to help them S.T.R.I.V.E for their goals and aspirations!

S.T.R.I.V.E Fashion and Talent was founded in 1981 by Sheila Robinson in Atlanta, GA. At the time, this non-profit organization was purposed to raise awareness and funds to support the families of the Atlanta child murders.

STRIVE Fashion and Talent Productions Inc. is a fully integrated Arts & Entertainment Organization. Our mission is to provide experience, exposure, and enlightment to youth and young adults who are interested in any aspect of the A&E industry.
